Refund Policy

We want you to love your order, and we take care to make sure everything is just right before it leaves us.  Because we are a small business, we don't offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.

When refunds are available

Under UK Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or faulty

  • Is not as described (note~: Curl Up Co bundles are mystery and any descriptions and images are for reference only, and you may receive a different item or colour than expected; but it will always be of the same quality and value)

  • Doesn't do what it's supposed to do

If this happens, please get in touch within 14days of recieving your order, and we'll work with you to sort it out. 

When refunds aren't available

We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges if: 

  • You change your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You no longer want the product

How to request a refund (if eligible) 

If your order has an issue, please email us at curlupcobundles@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and where possible photos.  We'll respond as quickly as we can to make things right.
