Our bundles are a curated mystery, and each one is a unique surprise! Items are selected at random from our standard stock, making every unboxing a special experience.
In the event that the random item selection results in a duplicate from the same bundle, we will swap the item for one of equal value where available.
Where you have indicated the breed/colour of your cosy companion, we will endeavour to reflect this in your items where available.
Please note, that whilst the colours of your items will always be beautifully aligned with our seasonal themes, the exact shades may vary slightly from the example images shown. This is all part of the fun of your unique, cosy mystery!
